Account & Data Deletion Request
User Data Control Policy: Learners and users on TechUp XLMS possess full rights to request complete deletion of their accounts and associated personal data. Below are two available submission methods:
Method 1: Direct In-App Account Deletion (Recommended)
You can initiate immediate account deletion inside the iOS or Android mobile application in 4 steps:
- Open the TechUp XLMS mobile application.
- Navigate to the Profile (Account) tab on the bottom bar.
- Scroll down to the bottom and select "Request Account Deletion" (red button).
- Review the notice regarding access termination and tap "Confirm Deletion".
Method 2: Online Web Request Form
If you uninstalled the mobile app or cannot log in, submit your request through the secure form below:
3. Data Purge Scope
- Purged Information: Name, email, phone number, password hashes, device push tokens, and session telemetry.
- Enterprise Audits: Completed historical certificates may be anonymized in accordance with employer compliance retention regulations.
